I have a police scanner. my friend wants the air over my walkie talkie, so that the game is that illegal to do?

and what would I do if you conciquences air are good and honest answers welcome

I thought it would be more cautious than sorry

    Yes, it is against the law. The federal law governs the FCC, the re-transmission of communications on the frequencies that are not expressly authorized.
