NO swordfish, too much mercury. That twice a week of tuna, cod, salmon, stuff like. N swordfish, shark, king mackerel, tile fish, puffer fish at all.
ReplyDeleteFish that are high in mercury, shark, swordfish, king mackerel or tilefish. Tuna can be once or twice a week. Sucks, I know, because I LOOOOVE swordfish and want to soooooo many times during the pregnancy!
ReplyDeleteCook simply, without much oil. Cook fish for a while before using it, they lose some fat. Add vinegar or lemon juice and cook all the delicious dishes less sharp. Cook modest amount for good health. And yes for freshwater fish (pond), or go fish in the sea
ReplyDeleteYou can have crabs, tuna, prawns .... That alone should give you some options on the table!
