Led Vehicle Lights Neon/LED Lights Underneath The Vehicle In VA?

Neon/LED Lights underneath the Vehicle in VA? - led vehicle lights

Is it legal? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's something that we apply for state government. In Virginia, I believe it is illegal, because we follow the Uniform Vehicle Code (VUC). Who says that my general knowledge, a vehicle must be at the rear of the vehicle, a light yellow and transparent in front of the car and only the red and yellow lights to have. This does not mean everything under the car or the lighting) must be visible at all times (shooting in motion or standing. To stop to turn around the point. I have to move the lights in the State of Virginia (USA), under my car at any time, or permanently?
