It could be thrush or a bottle of milk. In any case, make an appointment with your gynecologist or midwife and obstetrician have a look. It will not mastisis.

Sounds like thrush. If you do not need to cook or pacifier. The pediatrician prescribed Nystatin for my son and I also have a drop on my nipples. Deleted.
