Metformin - insulin resistance - diet? - insulin resistance diet more condition_symptoms
Recently I learned that I'm resistant to insulin. I have found in the SI joint, which break a lot of physical activity prevented for many years. Finally, I decided to tackle the problems, get some weight out and to solve problems rather than hide them.
My doctor has prescribed metformin for insulin resistance and limitation of physical activity, with the exception Aquafit (I was) each day. My question is that I wanted to stay with 60% of the strength of recording. I ate not a bad start, and joined one of these tracker sites food. It is said that I did not use strength, with the exception of the condensed soup a day. Other than what has been 0g every day, and I havent really changed a bit, and things have not changed, such as starch werent counted anyway.
Im really confused. I can read the labels, but not really understand what I was looking for. Please help.
